Infrastructure Activation Fund - Market Invitation - October 2026

Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Infrastructure Activation Fund (IAF).

The Infrastructure Activation Fund is a joint initiative between the Queensland and Australian Governments to fast track homes in key growth areas across Queensland.

The fund will unlock development-ready land by investing nearly $2.4 billion over five years in catalyst infrastructure, including roads, water, wastewater and stormwater projects.

Funding under the program includes grant funding and Australian Government backed, interest free loans to eligible infrastructure providers, supporting infrastructure projects that benefit Queensland communities.

Closing Date and Enquiries

Completed Applications are to be submitted via this online portal no later than 2pm AEST on 30 November 2026.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be issued as soon as practicable for each Application received.
